Data collected

The contact form collects your name, email address, phone number (optional), the date and type of your event, and your message. This data is sent by email to contact@dropmusic.fr, and a copy is kept on the site's server so that no request is lost on the way. The site has no database and no visitor accounts. To curb automated submissions, a one-way fingerprint of your IP address is kept for one hour, then deleted.

Purpose and legal basis

This data is used only to answer your request and prepare a quote. Processing is based on your consent and on pre-contractual steps taken at your request.

Retention

Requests are kept for as long as needed to handle your project, then for a maximum of three years after the last contact.

Recipients

Your data is intended for the Drop Music team. It is neither sold nor passed on to third parties.

Cookies

This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies. Fonts are served by the site itself: no data is sent to a third-party service when pages load.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data. To exercise it, write to contact@dropmusic.fr. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).
